Ms. Rosa has been working in the Early Childhood field for over 20 years.  She received her Bachelor of Arts from Seton Hall University, graduating with certifications for Teacher of the Handicapped K-12, P-3, and K-6.  She completed two Masters of Arts degrees at New Jersey City University, Urban Education and Educational Leadership respectively.  She is currently completing a certification for Learning Disabilities Teacher consultant.  During her career she has been a teacher, coach, parent trainer, college professor, and educational consultant.  She is also a special needs mother and an advocate for the neurodiverse community.
